Is the Cherno map new? Can anyone get on it? I keep getting a no entry message.

Yup anyone can join. Try connecting with A3Launcher. You will need all of the CUP mods. I will make a post with the required addons soon

I custom built all of the traders and i believe its really well balanced. Definitely a fun map.
